HV Homestead – Charities & Fundraisers Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the HV Homestead Charities & Fundraisers Program, the participating organization (“Partner”) agrees to the following terms:

1. Program Overview

HV Homestead provides participating organizations with a unique promotional code to share with their supporters. Purchases made using this code will generate a donation to the Partner as outlined below.

2. Donation Structure

  • HV Homestead will donate 10% of the subtotal value of all qualifying purchases made using the Partner’s assigned promo code.
  • Donations are calculated before taxes and shipping fees.
  • Only completed and paid orders qualify. Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders are excluded.

3. Payout Terms

  • Donations are calculated at the end of each campaign period (or monthly unless otherwise agreed).
  • Payments will be issued via e-transfer or agreed method within 7–14 business days after calculation.
  • A summary report of sales tied to the promo code will be provided upon request.

4. Promo Code Usage

  • The promo code must be used at checkout for the sale to qualify.
  • HV Homestead is not responsible for missed codes or retroactive adjustments.
  • Promo codes may not be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.

5. Campaign Duration

  • Campaign timelines will be agreed upon prior to launch.
  • HV Homestead reserves the right to end or modify the program with reasonable notice.

6. Product Availability

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • HV Homestead reserves the right to substitute or discontinue items without notice.

7. Branding & Marketing

  • The Partner may promote the fundraiser using HV Homestead branding provided or approved by HV Homestead.
  • HV Homestead may use the Partner’s name and logo for promotional purposes related to the fundraiser.

8. Order Fulfillment

  • All products are made-to-order unless otherwise specified.
  • Standard production timelines apply (typically 2–4 business days for custom items).
  • Shipping and delivery timelines are separate from production times.

9. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom products are final sale unless defective.
  • Refunds or replacements for defective items will not count toward donation totals if refunded.

10. Liability

HV Homestead is not liable for:

  • Loss of fundraising revenue due to misuse of promo codes
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Indirect or incidental damages related to participation

11. Program Changes

HV Homestead reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
