⚠ Design & File Requirements:

• Resolution Must Be 300 DPI – Low-resolution files will appear pixelated or blurry when printed.

• Transparent Background Only – No white boxes or artboard margins.

• Designs Must Be Trimmed Tight – No outside padding or whitespace.

• Exact Print Size Required – Artwork must be sized exactly as you want it printed.

• No Translucent Elements – Drop shadows, glows, and low-opacity areas must be removed or made solid.

• Minimum Line Thickness: 0.8 mm – Fine details should be thickened or outlined to ensure durability.

• Minimum Text Height: 0.5 inches – Smaller text may not transfer cleanly.

• Image Clarity: Blurry or pixelated files will result in poor-quality transfers. Dead pixels may create unwanted white outlines around the design.

• Color Consistency: Exact color match is not guaranteed. Slight variations may occur, especially in reorders.

❗ Important: If these guidelines are not followed, no refunds will be considered for file-related print issues.

If we need to adjust your file to meet these requirements, a minimum $15.00 per 15 minutes editing fee will be applied before processing begins.
