Need help fixing files? We offer design services like background removal, DPI correction, and sizing. Just select “Design Help” at checkout.

✅ Application Instructions

  1. Clean surface with isopropyl alcohol and let dry

  2. Peel clear film and place on surface

  3. Firmly press using a squeegee or card—get all edges

  4. Slowly peel the clear film back at a sharp angle

  5. Done! No heat, no waiting.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Artwork must be print-ready. Poor-quality images may result in poor-quality prints.

  • Transfers are not dishwasher safe. Hand-wash only.

  • All sales are final—no refunds on custom-printed items.

  • Make sure your surface is smooth, clean, and dry for best results.

Design & File Requirements

Resolution must be 300 DPI - Low resolution files will appear pixelated or blurry when printed

Transparent Backgrounds Only - No White boxes or artboard margins. Feel free to use our free background removal tool.

Properly trimmed & sized Designs - Art must be sized appropriately to avoid incorrect printing size

No Translucent Elements - Drop shadows, glows and low-opacity must be removed or made solid

Minimum Line Thickness - 0.8 mm, fine details should be thickened to ensure durability

Minimum Text Height - 0.5 inches, Smaller text may not transfer cleanly

Image Clarity - Blurry or pixelated files will result in poor quality transfers. Dead pixels may create unwanted white outlines around the design

Need File Corrections - If we need to adjust your file to meet these requirements, a minimum $15.00 per 15 minutes editing fee will be applied before processing begins

Order Cut-Off and Production Schedule

Our order cut-off time is 11:00 AM MST, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM will begin processing on the next production day.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Fridays will begin production on Monday.

Processing days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Please plan your order accordingly to avoid delays.

How to Apply DTF Transfers

Recommended Settings:

• Temperature: 120–150°C (248–302°F)

• Time: 15–25 seconds

• Pressure: Heavy (industrial heat press recommended)

Step-by-Step Application Guide

1. Pre-Press the Shirt

Pre-press your garment for a few seconds to remove any moisture and wrinkles. This ensures a smooth, dry surface for the best possible transfer.

2. Position the Transfer

Lay the DTF transfer film onto the shirt in your desired location. Align carefully to ensure perfect placement.

3. Press the Design

Use your heat press at the recommended settings. Apply heavy pressure for 15–25 seconds.

4. Cool Slightly Before Peeling

Although DTF is a hot peel, we recommend waiting 15–20 seconds before peeling. This helps ensure a clean removal with no design lift.

5. Repress with Parchment Paper

After peeling, cover the design with parchment paper and press again for a few seconds. This step locks in the transfer for enhanced durability.

6. Wait Before Washing

Do not wash for at least 24 hours. This allows the adhesive to fully cure and ensures long-lasting results.

⚠️ Equipment Notice:

We recommend using an industrial heat press for consistent heavy pressure. Hobby-grade or Cricut presses may not provide adequate pressure, potentially affecting the quality of your final product.
